- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I normally she Bridget and she's very nice. However, who ever is in charge of scheduling appointments does not know how to do their job. I can't say how many times I've had to call to reschedule because the wrong date was put down. I went in for blood work once, then they call me saying I need to schedule another one in 2 months. Ok I did that, then they message me saying I have an appointment on August 11, even though I scheduled it for the 16th. So I call back and change the date. Now all of sudden I've gotten a voicemail saying I have an appointment tomorrow morning and the office is closed so I can't call back.April 07, 2017by Erin Alexander
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I made an appointment for the Friday before Labor Day weekend (Labor Day is Monday) at 2 with Kathy. Found out she would not be in the office so they told me I could meet with Bridgett. The office called me at closing time Thursday and left a voicemail canceling the appointment.. I called back 30 seconds later.. No answer. I called the next morning and they tell me they are closing early for Labor Day.. I was driving from my school in Georgia to go to my family doctor. This appointment had been scheduled for months. It's extremely unprofessionally to cancel a patient's appointment because you want to celebrate the holiday earlier. I will be finding a new doctor.December 10, 2016by Carolee Reed
